Inside Sales Representative

Company Overview:

As an integral part of our Sales Team, the Cascadia Clip - Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting internal sales, marketing and delivering exceptional sales support to our customers and other outside sales reps.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role will partner with Sales Representatives and Independent Rep Agencies to drive growth through sales support, quote and order processing, inventory management, follow up activities, and project tracking. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the Inside Sales position plays a key role in developing and growing the business.

General List of Responsibilities:

Support the Cascadia Clip business with quotations and responding to customer inquiries.
Prepare and deliver quotations for customers.
Process customer orders.
Targeted customer management through CRM adherence.
Establish relationships with and reach out to targeted customers.
Provide sales support to outside sales representatives and independent representatives.
Work closely with outside sales to coordinate customer sample requests.
CRM “super user”.
Tradeshow/marketing campaign lead follow up.
Proactive outbound quote follow-up with Independent Reps and Customers.
Prospecting Architects, Developers, General Contractors, Cladding and Roofing Installers.
Utilize subway line strategy to track projects, endeavoring to capture all relevant data in CRM, for projects and/or companies, as well as manage day-to-day activities.
Coordinate remote and in-person customer training.
Work closely with operations to ensure customer needs are met.
Respond to technical inquiries from customers, designers, engineers, and others, and co-ordinate with Cascadia’s technical team and agents to provide timely responses.
Work with Sales and the Business Development Manager to follow up on past quotations.
Make best efforts to close on quoted projects and secure contracts.
Make outbound calls to source and develop additional opportunities to quote and supply Cascadia products.
Continuously learn about our products and industry.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of previous work experience in inside sales or customer service.
Experience in MS Word, Excel and working with an ERP/CRM system is beneficial.
Drive to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Interest or experience in the construction industry is an asset.
Experience working in a manufacturing organization is a plus.

Outside Sales Representative - Cascadia Clip Cladding Attachment Products

Company Overview:

Our products are shipped to major construction projects throughout North America. As a vital member of our Sales Team, the Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth in Canada and US East with our cladding attachment products specifically and looking for opportunities for our fiberglass window systems.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role will collaborate with Sales Representatives and Independent Rep Agencies to achieve sales objectives through effective sales support, quote and order processing, inventory management, follow-up activities, and project tracking. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the Outside Sales Representative plays a key role in expanding and developing our business.

General List of Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and target past and potential clients in the construction industry, including architects, developers, general contractors, and cladding and roofing installers, for presentations and site trainings.
Responsible for Eastern CAN and US markets with a focus on growth in the cladding attachment business.
Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with targeted customers to drive sales growth.
Provide exceptional sales support to outside sales representatives and independent representatives.
Collaborate with the head office team to coordinate customer sample requests.
Utilize CRM system to manage and cultivate customer relationships, track projects, and ensure timely follow-up.
Follow up on leads generated from trade shows and marketing campaigns.
Engage in proactive outbound quote follow-up with independent representatives and customers.
Conduct prospecting activities to reach out to potential clients and generate additional opportunities for meetings, training, quoting and supplying our products.
Coordinate remote and in-person customer training sessions.
Travel in the Boston to DC corridor, approximately. 5-7 days per month.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure customer logistics needs are met.
Respond to technical inquiries from customers, designers, engineers, and others, coordinating with our technical team and agents to provide timely and accurate responses.
Work with Sales and the Business Development Manager to close on quoted projects and secure contracts.
Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments.

Qualifications:

Window Installer

The Window Installer is responsible for installing Cascadia’s high-performance windows and doors throughout the Greater Vancouver Area.

Qualifications:

Construction experience and knowledge of installation practices for windows & doors.
1-3 years of window and door installation experience.
Experience caulking, sheathing & detailing building envelopes.
Able to read blueprints and work order specifications.
Comfortable working with heights and scaffolding.

Afternoon Shift, Monday to Thursday – 2:45 pm to 1:15 am.
Competitive wages. (plus $1.00 for afternoon shift)

Physically able to lift weights, stand, bend, etc.
Must have reliable transportation, as transit service is not available in the Gloucester Estates area.
