Broad Objectives:
Promote window and glass retrofit solutions to property managers, architects, contractors, consultants, and building owners. Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Estimating retrofit project costs, securing supplier pricing, and managing projects from initial opportunity through delivery, installation, and final inspection. Coordinate suppliers and installers, maintain accurate records in CRM and project management systems, and provide regular progress and revenue updates to the GM and President.

Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, project management, or business development in construction, glazing, façade, or building envelope industries.
- Has an existing large network in the construction industry.
- Experience working with property managers, architects, contractors, or developers.
- Ability to manage projects from pricing through execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with CRM or project management platforms (Procore, AirTable or similar) is an asset.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and accountability.
General List of Responsibilities:
- Growing the retrofit market.
- Generate leads for all Cascadia products.
- Becoming a specialist in the V.I.G product for glass-only retrofits.
- Providing information on VIG product to industry professionals who may benefit from glass-only retrofits.
- Delivering high-quality client communications.
- Maintaining an accurate CRM.
- Responsible for client outreach and prospecting.
- Responsible for in-person visits to Architects, Property Managers, Developers, etc., for the purpose of prospecting and increasing sales.
- Consistent internal reporting on pre-determined metrics.
- Discussing pricing options with clients
- Acquiring accurate pricing through 3rd party suppliers.
- Coordinating deliveries and installers.
- Placing orders through Air Table.
- Updating billing and maintaining accurate volume and revenue projections.
- Issuing invoices, changes and final inspections.
- Overseeing the project from beginning (R.O.M) to end (delivery, install and inspection).
- Maintaining accurate Procore accounts for projects moving into contract phases.
- Attending project billing meetings.
- Working alongside the GM and President to create strategic initiatives and market strategies.
