The Window Installer is responsible for installing Cascadia’s high-performance windows and doors throughout the Greater Vancouver Area.
Qualifications:
Construction experience and knowledge of installation practices for windows & doors.
1-3 years of window and door installation experience.
Experience caulking, sheathing & detailing building envelopes.
Able to read blueprints and work order specifications.
Comfortable working with heights and scaffolding.
honest, reliable, professional, and a problem solver.
Positive attitude and the ability to take direction.
Self-motivated and proud of workmanship.
Open to a background check.
General List of Responsibilities:
Determine layout and installation procedures.
Measure and mark guidelines for installation.
Installation of high-performance windows and doors.
Meticulous foaming and caulking.
Envelope detailing, in keeping with modern best practices.
General labour, as required.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary of $25.00 - $29.00/hour.

CNC Saw & Milling Machine Operator (Evening Shift)

CNC Saw & Milling Machine Operator (FT) Evening Shift

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on industry experience.

Cascadia is registered with ITA and is willing to sponsor a candidate for the Glazier Red Seal program.
Based in our factory in Gloucester Estates, Langley, the CNC Saw and Milling Machine Operator is responsible for manufacturing Cascadia’s award-winning windows and doors. Experience in window production or other manufacturing is preferred, but with the right attitude and physical skills, our onboarding and training program can bring interested applicants up to speed quickly.
Shift:
Afternoon Shift, Monday to Thursday – 2:45 pm to 1:15 am.
Competitive wages. (plus $1.00 for afternoon shift)
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working in a manufacturing organization.
Experience working with manufacturing tools & equipment.
Physically able to lift weights, stand, bend, etc.
Must have reliable transportation, as transit service is not available in the Gloucester Estates area.
Safety footwear is required. Annual company paid for safety footwear after 3 months —all other tools and training provided.
