Alberta’s CEIP offers up to $50,000 in low-interest financing for energy efficiency upgrades, including windows and doors. Repayments are made through property taxes, and if you sell your property, the new owner assumes the balance.

Must be ENERGY STAR certified or ENERGY STAR Most Efficient
For Edmonton and Leduc, windows/doors must be triple-pane
Must replace less-efficient units
Products and contractors must provide at least a 1-year warranty
