COVID-19 Response Update

2020.06.02:

Over the past 12 weeks, Cascadia has incorporated key recommendations from provincial and federal health authorities and has been able to continue manufacturing operations without significant impact. We continue to manufacture and deliver products for existing projects, as well as new projects started during the pandemic.

This achievement has been a result of the incredible work of our team incorporating new processes and technology and being diligent about physical distancing in our facility. It has been amazing to watch our team—both on the shop floor and working remotely—continue to deliver the highest level of service for our clients.

As BC enters Phase 2 of the province’s restart plan, we are beginning to incorporate a small number of office staff back into our facility, while maintaining separation between office and shop floor. We continue to regularly disinfect all common surfaces in both the office and shop. Our office and showroom will remain closed to visitors, but we can accommodate showroom visits by appointment only.

As always, our top priorities are ensuring the safety of staff and clients, as well as continuing to safely produce products for high-performance commercial buildings and homes.

We’re hopeful restriction will continue to ease, and our community stays safe during that process. Should projected services levels change, we will immediately discuss next steps with impacted stakeholders on a case-by-case basis.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly, or to your project teams with any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,

Mike Battistel, AScT
