2020.03.23:
We continue to actively monitor the COVID-19 situation and since mid-March have implemented a company-wide response plan in keeping with recommendations from provincial and federal health authorities. Our management team continues to update that plan as the situation develops. Our top priorities are ensuring the safety of staff and clients, as well as continuing to safely produce products for high-performance commercial buildings and homes.
Currently, our showroom and offices are closed to visitors, but our staff continue to work remotely and are available via phone, email and virtual meeting tools to support active projects and new opportunities. In addition, we have altered our manufacturing processes to ensure social-distancing on the shop floor, as well as working with our suppliers to maintain material inventories. We’re also regularly disinfecting all common surfaces in both the office and shop.
During this unprecedented situation, we’re committed to supporting our clients as well as doing our part to stop the spread of COVID-19. Our team has been incredibly nimble and innovative in responding to these emerging challenges and we’ll continue to do our best to quickly and proactively respond to new developments. Should a service interruption become mandated by government or health authorities, we will immediately discuss next steps with impacted stakeholders on a case-by-case basis.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly, or to your project teams with any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Mike Battistel, AScT
